Vodafone is a leading telecommunications company in Europe and Africa also with a remarkabla market share in Turkey as GSM operator.

Vodafone was using Callidus SPM and Commissions applications for incentive management of its dealers around thousands in number. Due to high license costs, Callidus planned to be migrated into an ETL and BI based system. We designed the new architecture, data model and migrated all ETLs to Informatica. Also we developed reports using SAP BO for end users. New system is running smoothly and performing much more better in total process time compared to older one, also a high amount of license fee to be paid is saved.
