CRM Transformation Project

Turkish Airlines is the national flag carrier airline of Turkey. It operates scheduled services to 315 destinations in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, making it the largest mainline carrier in the world by number of passenger destinations.

We worked as a business partner of IBM for multi-million dollar CRM Transformation project consisting of 4 phases including Master Data Management, Datawarehouse and Business Intelligence, Customer Analytics and Realtime Campaign. As a team of principal architects and senior consultants, we took role at each phase and succcessfully delivered our tasks.

Program’s main objective was to enrich CRM capabilities of the company by knowing and understanding their customers better. Initially a master data management platform was developed and a customer base was built. Following phases provided transactional knowledge for personalized campaigns.
